Your blood tests are normal - that's great. Start simple but start. Do some hot cold showers. Get SuperFood, IF1 and IF2 and do a simple bowel cleanse. Add cayenne to your diet and perhaps Brain Tonic.

After the Bowel Cleanse I'd do a liver cleanse.
