IF you and your son have the same issue I would guess a) diet and b) toxins in your area. What do blood tests etc say?

Do a 3 session hot-cold shower, now. Take a shower. Put the water up as hot as you can stand. Stay hot for 45 seconds, then switch to 100% cold for at least 15 seconds. Do this 3x. End with cold if it is the A.M. end with hot if it is in the evening.

Try that 2x per day to start. Start with Schulzes simple bowel cleanse. Let us know!
