O.K, I can't take this anymore! I have some sort of "brain fog", as if I can't think clearly anymore! I seem to be having a hard time remembering things I'm supposed to do during the day, or just simply the inability to think CLEARLY! this is so strange. this all started about a yr. ago. - I obviously can live a "normal" life, I mean, I'm not endangering myself. It's just that I'm not as "sharp" anymore, not as clear. I am in my 40's, and in basic o.k. health. I have been feeling very tired though. (for no good reason). Some days I'll have energy, other days, forget it! I feel as if I weigh 1000lbs., like I'm just dragging myself around on those days. Then add to that the lousy brain fog, and it's just great! What EXACTLY causes this inability to think? I thought it might be a "clogged" liver, what do you think? what should I do?!!!!!!!!! (by the way, my 19yr. old son is experienceing the same stuff!)
