ShopRite - any supermarket! I would just get supermarket garlic and eat it.

As to it breaking off and moving elsewhere - that is a question for you doctor. Ask! Ask what would happen if it broke loose or dissolved. If she is not concerned to begin with, ask Hey what if I had a spicey meal and or what if I had salad with lots of garlic and.....

BFC is a great supportive of anything on or near the surface.
