I don't use them everyday has I have become regulated. However, I will take one every so often because of their healing effects - especially after a big, bad meal! I also use them a few times a year to do the bowel cleanse. Schulze says that they are not irritating and that the movement is caused by the herbs causing peristalsis and that he's even seen them work on a cadaver.
