Dr. C's Hawthorne Syrup has Hawthorne but nothing else. I wouldn't bother with it for the clot as you stated it is sepcific for the heart.

In my experience, Schulze's Heart Formula is 'hotter', the feel is immediate and it is what I use.

BFC is supportive of bone, flesh and cartilage and is a great addition to the castor idea, which I also like.

Cayenne- from either S or C, both are great. Garlic - from shoprite.
