first off take a deep breath
and try to continue taking slow deep breaths into your abdominal area, while you do this visualize healing energy (called chi,prana or ether by mystics from around the world)
flowing into all of your organs. This will a: calm you down, and b:truly begin the healing that you are in need of.

then remember your body when it was whole, when your mind was sharp, you were healthy and felt vital and strong. Place your intention on returning ot that state.

With all the symptoms you are experiencing, it sounds like your body has been invaded, with parasites and or toxins. Best to start a comprehensive cleansing of your entire being.
Start with a bowel (large intestine)cleanse
