hi I am a 19 yearold female from RI, i definatly feel like im giving WAYYY to much information here lol, but im here looking for help. I have had GI problems since I was 8, reflux, hyperacidity, IBS, h pylori, u name it ive probably had it. Recently ive had 3 nissan fundiplications (for reflux) because my esophugus was being eaten away at, and my chance of getting barretts a form of stomach cancer was very high. So over the last 6 years I had 3 of them, first 2 came undone. With this third because of all the scar tissue my chest wall and muscles around my ribs go into spasm making them extremely heavy and making it very difficult for me to breathe due to the pressure and pain. So since probaby late december ive been on a duragesic patch for the pain, its been working and all but i think im having other issues. I know very well narcotics cause constipation and I try to drink as much as possible, but my stomach is so small due to the surgeries I cant hold a lot so I get full of the liquids quick. SO anyway my problem is the size of my stool. I mean I can go to the bathroom everday and still be constipatated. but lately my stool has been so large ive been having a problem getting it out. whenever I push, the stool is so large it pushes on my bladder and I have to urinate and as it comes down it almost completely closes my vaginal hole. I know how gross this sounds but I dont know what to do. It hurts a lot, and the use of laxitives doesnt seem right because I get mixes of hard stool then diarehhia and the laxitive or stool softer just makes me have more diarehea, or gives me cramps to go to the bathroom but it is too large to come out. When it does come out there is always a lot of bright red blood (hemmoroids I believe) but i just dont know what to do. its happened to me 3 times before and it is so damn painful, i lost! if anyone has any ideas PLEASE contact me at mcemotions327@aol.com
thank you so much,
Kim
