This is in regards to Dr.Schulze's cayenne tincture - it says it is EXTREMLEY HOT!!!!! So, are there any suggestions as to how to take this (and get my kids to do the same?) - can you mix it with something (such as juice or whatever)? - I don't want my mouth to burn off! But I really do want to take this, and have my family take this, but if it's that hot, how do I do it? any suggestions? (I nor my kids could never actually eat a cayenn pepper)
