I've read that low carb diets are the way to go for treating pcos, my only problem is i'm not exactly sure what is a refined, unrefined, simple, complex, etc etc starches, carbohydrates, proteins, and what foods apply to these categories... are there any good websites that break down these food lists and make them easy to understand?... thanks
