Were you taking the IF2 with 8oz of water and following that with another 8? That alone would get you to 80oz of water for the day.

Take another look at the schulze link above - and read the directions for IF1 again. Adding one to each previous day's dose until it moves. Dr. Schulze talks of extreme cases needing upwards of 30 to move a sluggish bowel.

Had you done the IF1 prior to IF2? You need to do that until you are moving 2-3x per day before doing the 5x per day with IF2.
