Hi - I got rid of Psoriasis by doing the liver cleanses, Schulzes 5 day juice cleanses, and his IF 1 and 2. I saw a good reaction after altering my diet to include lots of whole grains, fruits and veges, RAW nuts and seeds. Especially the raw nuts and seeds. I also take Udo's Choice oil in the a.m. and do dry skin brushing before showering.

ACV topically may help in acute times as well. Also - brewed Licorice tea.
