Hello,
I have been experiencing pain in upper stomach, after a bout of this pain I feel like going to toilet. I need to go 3 or 4 times a day to toilet and each time I manage to do a very little amount of stools. Sometimes I experience burning pain in the Anus.

Please could someone tell me what could be the problem and any specic diet control that I need to do.
