Things have been going up and down on my second round of doing the Master Cleanse. I was having weird back sensation and they seem to have reduce since day5. And my tummy has relax to take the Laxative Tea, so no more problems there. That's all the good part. I am now on day 8 and I wanted to do my Cleanse while I wasn't on my period and suddenly I started spotting. They are usually normal. I am wondering if this has this happen to anyone on the Master Cleansing Diet? Or can it be related to my back pains? I am also wondering if I should go off the diet on day 10 or should I continue for further results?
