Stop all dairy.

IF that fails after a week you can - add garlic, cayenne, fresh horseradish - anything to help drive it out.

Hot cold showers.

Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water.

Mix Sea Salt and warm distilled water and suck it up through your nose, letting it run out your throat.
