I have read some old posts on this. I have genital herpes. I have a general knowledge about alternatives and comprehensive health, but would be interested in what you think I should do to ensure no outbreaks. (My outbreaks are not blisters or open sores, just a razor burn type feeling, had I not been diagnosed with Herpes by my doctor I would have never even known what it was)
I take L-Lysine now, and Monolaurin, but do not like taking the prescription the doctor gave me. Could you direct me to what what could be effective for me?
