I need some good advice, after 7 years of sobriety, i relapsed, a year ago, I've not been able to completely quit drinking. The cravings are so bad, I've been diagnosed with a candidais infection, which I believe my drinking has caused. Is there a detoxification I can try to clean my body and get back on track. I'm desperate to clean my life up. Thanks for any advice you can give me.
