I have two totally unrelated questions - a) isn't Milk Thistle a good cleaner for the liver? do you absolutley HAVE to do one of those cleanses? will the Milk Thistle help at all?
b) I read on one of the posts that you shouldn't eat anything "with a face", does that mean fish also? I thought fish was good for you? Confused!
