Hi Bob,
You seem to know what your talking about I just started paying attention to your post.

I am on the formula 1. I have decided 3 a night is what seems to be working for me so that I am having poop through out the day.

I want to start on the formula 2 I have it in my cupboard. Now I know its 5 times a day for the 1 container Should I stop when I finish one or do my second container also?

Is there anything special I should be doing while on this? other then taking the formula 1 and drinking my superfood and just eating normally?
