I just came from a site that sells cream to rub on your body to give you more energy - now, I know the skin absorbs stuff into itself, which then goes into the body. So does this sound bogus? I guess it's possible to put some kind of herbs or whatever in a cream base and if you rub it onto your skin, it would get absorbed. What kind of herbs would they be using? (if I remember the site, I'll let you know)
