Hi Hod,

I just read your post and I am very happy that you are feeling stronger. I had a few questions I was wondering if you could answer.

I have pretty brutal IBS as well. I have been doing the B&P shakes for about two and a half months (FINALLY, some relief from having to run to the bathroom!) as well as Paragone.

I was just in the US and I ordered Dr. Shultze's #2 and Superfood. I did not order #1 as it seems that there is some debate about people with "hot" bowels using it. I will be starting his program within the next week.

May I ask what you have been doing to find relief from your symptoms? I am interested in the Shultze products as I have heard so many good things about them. If you have already posted this, don't feel you have to write it out again, just post a link. :)
