Hi,
I was on several (over 24 different ones) anti-depressants for about 15 years, I am 33 yo. I have been off them for 20 months and have done a lot to help my body recover.
I would like to do the liver cleanse but am really nervous about what might happen, (Prozac flashbacks are not fun!). I have heard of other people doing Liver Cleanses and getting very sick. I do not know what type of cleanse they did.
What can I expect? Should a do it in a certain way? Or with certain herbs? I was going to do the whole Dr Clark cleanses (I am almost done with the parsite cleanse).
