None of this is written in stone - so modify the cleanses as you need. The Grapefruit, Epsom, and oil flush may be fine for you as you are only food free for less than a day.

I've had diabetics juice fast for 30 days and do great. I myself was hypoglycemic and needed to modify the first time I juice fasted. I added Schulze's SuperFood and started my day with Apple/Grape juice - all was super.
