Hi everyone. I have had enormous health problems for many years, and the diet that finally helped me was the Protein Metabolic Diet. I sent away for the book (Wolcott), but haven't received it yet, so I don't know if my answer is in there.I have hypoglycemia and would like to know if anyone can tell me if I should fast to cleanse my gallstones. I can't seem to handle fasting, but can anyone tell me a modified fast to cleanse my stones. I am a O- non secretor. Thanx much.
