I just read a post about apple cider vinegar and weight loss - what is the best way to take that? I tried to take it once (I think I used about a tablespoon in a glass of water) a year ago, butI had a wierd reaction, my heart started beating wierd. That scared me, so I didn't do it again. what do you think? can I take it in capsules, the taste was pretty bad!!!!
