Thank you very much. As for eating, I am not eating anything at all, everything is in juice or broth form, no solids. (As described in Shulze's 5 day cleanse)
That's why I'm more worried.
I will finish this little fast and see what happens. I will follow your advice and post in the fast , and use the clay and see if the gas stops. Stress? Well, no actually I am usually a calmed person, but this is really stressing me out.
