Sinus issue sounds unrelated to any cleanse you have done.

I would start with warm salt water douches of the sinuses (you suck water in through your nose and let it run out your mouth), several times today. I'd add a lot of raw garlic as well.

Sniffing oninions and pure fresh grated horseradish root will help clear that as well.

I use ephedra during the day when I have something like this creep up, despite the current state of the market v. it. GNC carries a 'Breathe Easy' tea with 2mg of ephedra which is a nice low amount. I don't recommend it to anyone else - but I myself do use it.
