Real tough to set up a step by step program but if it were me:

Cleanses above, first and foremost - especially liver geared cleanses and the P & B Shakes. Hot cold showers on the area. Start this all today. Schulzes IF1 for bowel cleansing. 800herbdoc

Tons of garlic (Schulzes 5 day cleanse would afford a perfect blend of cleansing and garlic), echinacea, , cayenne, drinking copius amounts of distilled water.
