HI - I responded to your other post to me, too - please read my response there.

I think that it fantastic that you cancelled your appointment! I too was scheduled to have mine removed, and I too cancelled mine, and started to take control of my own health. I now know that the spots are there because they're symptomatic of other health issues, and when those health issues are resolved, the spots will go away!
