I know it sounds very silly! I'm sure beside doing that we suppose to eat right, drink plenty of water and exercise. This walnut and apple thing was told by 2 people which one is an alternative doctor. So it's not by many people. I just started doing it so it's too soon to say anything. I definitely will let you know the result. It may take a while though...
