Invincible beat me with the same thought. I am currently studying "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay. Get both her book by that title and the companion book that really makes you look at your past and present thought patterns and habits. It is almost like this book was written about me. However, I know it was not, and it shows how many people were damaged by other damaged people and allows us to re-tune our thought patterns into positive, healing feelings. Hay says the #1 idea most of us have about ourselves is "I'm not good enough", when you constantly feel unworthy of love, health, and abundance, chances are you will never fully achieve those things.

I first discovered Louise Hay when I saw the small book "Heal Your Body" in the waiting room at my chiropractor's office. I was so impressed with the message and wanted a copy of the ailments chart, I ordered the book as soon as I got home. That night Rick60 e-mailed me and told me about Invincible and her energy healing. Maya and I e-mailed back and forth and she mentioned she was a teacher of the Louise Hay
methods, I had never heard of Hay until hours before. It seemed like the Universe was setting things in motion through that small book in the doctor's waiting room. The funny thing was that the doctor was angry with me for going into the waiting room instead of going directly to the diathermy room.
