Hey?

I keep falling asleep. Im guessing its because I usually meditate 20 minutes after I eat? Could that be it? I usually dont meditate in the morning, maybe I should try? I sit up, I fall asleep, I lay down, Ovcourse I fall asleep...hehehaha...

Any tips advice? Help a sleeper out... Geez I get at least 8 hours at night. Crazyness!
