I think at that point you are just supposed to BE, as opposed to DO/think. Then you can start experiencing and interpretating the world with what is left after the mind has been silenced. Certainly a very different kind of "processing".
Yes, that is very scary, being faced with and having the opportunity to step into the unknown. WHAT THEN the ego asks? Will I have to change, will everything change? Will the way I view the world change? These are all questions I have been asking myself lately. Something Andreas (Ask Andreas) has said on his forum really resonates with me: "To live well one must be able to die well."
