Thank you aclays, and everyone, for your messages.

You pretty much told me what I already knew deep down, and that listening to my Self is probably the best and only way. I find it difficult because there is always so much going on inside my head, but over time I am slowly becoming more aware of how to do this...

Anyway, thanks again everyone :)
