HEy, thanks for that. I didnt realise people were still responding to my post! I really appreciate it - I find it all very fascinating.

I dont know if I mentioned, I have been having five element acupuncture for a few months now - my therapist thinks a lot of it is to do with that. I have a lot of reoccuring dreams too...

I will definatley look into 'grounding' as you are right, despite the nice feeling of being 'surreal' I do wish I could connect to people reguarly more easily :)
