Great method, Duckie. Eckhart Tolle's written a wonderful book on the subject - The Power Of Now - that a heartily recommend to everyone. It's the first book in years that I actually "felt" resonate when I picked it up. It turns out he describes nonduality and how to bring it's awareness into your life with astonishing accuracy and clarity. A wonderful read.

As Duckie and John have both said, it's simply a case of attention and awareness. Watch yourself. Sense and feel. Oh, and remember to have fun ;-)
