Has someone asked what the 12000 as a 12th of the 144000 may mean?

No clear answer, just the clue that 144000 divided by 66.6 results in about a 12th of 26000 in the precession of the earth axis.

I have described that cycle and why it relates to the dragon of the revelation (the beast) prior in this thread.
