Hi folks. I had a gallbladdder "attack" this morning and went to the ER. Before I entered, the pain subsided, so I came home..got on the internet..and found you! :) I'm researching before I start so I had some questions:
- some instructions mention using apple cider rather than the GCG. Has anyone tried this?
- are there any side effects to GCG? I have high blood pressure..don't want any interactions with meds.
- Is this something that has to be done periodically as a maintenance program? I don't see anyone mentioning "completion".

Let me just say I was not formally diagnosed, but the symptoms have been building for awhile including pain in the right shoulder blade/back, pressure in the GB area and occassional diahrrea. I'm in the medical field (with no medical insurance!!)so I'm familiar with this condition and I want to try this route. I could also use tips on how to eat!! I guess I have to get away from Burger King. LOL
