Howdy P,
I've just been lurking and doing occasional drive bys. Also been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest........;+D

Did another Master-Cleanse fast about a month ago for 28 days with my third Liver Flush at the end. This one I did while working and in winter and it was slightly not as pleasant as the 40 dayer Master-Cleanse I did last summer. I don't think I'm gonna fast anymore in winter as my body wasn't generating enough heat and felt cold quite often.

I've lost 45lbs since last summer and feelin' great. After all these fasts, flushes, good diet, going to the gym etc I am a new person. Folks that haven't seen me in a while do double takes with some casual aquaintances actually passing me by and then backtracking to make sure I am who they use to remember. Some do the ole Fernando LLamas routine and tell me "Ju looka mahvelous dahling".................;+D

Getting ready to start another intensive weight training routine to get ready for the spring/summer whitewater paddling season. Because of work and financial reasons I had to slack off the gym thing for the last 3 months and I am really eager to get back into it. I really miss it.
