I am much better now. I took some of Dr Schulze's Intestinal Formula 2 with the charcoal and Bentonite and this settled my stomach.

I did not eat fat or drink coffee (am giving it up) following the flush and pretty much followed his directions to a tee. I think I could have been overly exhuberant in using some cleansing greeens as mixed a drink of beets and spinach in my Vita-Mix before going to bed. I think this started to overly burden my system with toxins coming out. In a few weeks I would like to try a one-day Hulda Clark flush too.

I have had an enlarged painful lymph node under my arm for many months and it is now quite down. I want to get it non-existent.

I have found all of the Schulze products to be quite helpful.
