I've been reading this board for the past few days now. I am getting ready to do my 2nd flush tonight. My first flush was about a year ago and I did it mainly in hopes of curing my food allergies . The flush got out about 100 green stones and alot of chaff. Then I felt a stone being stuck (pain reaching towards my throat) I drank some apple juice and did an enema and got out a big stone larger than a quarter. I noticed after my first flush that my breast pain that comes along with my PMS was gone. My Acne also improved a bit. I think this is because your liver has a role in getting rid of excess hormones. Well that was a year ago and my breast pain has returned and I thought that I should do another cleanse. Still no help with my food allergies but as I've read you have to do these flushes untill you get 2000 stones. Anyways, I would love to hear any health improvements you had since you completed your liver flush!
