hi all.....for the three flushes I did, i used lime with olive oil- however this time I am goig to use grapefuit Infact I plan to drink it up a few hours from now and would apprecaite any thoughts/comments.

I just want to know how is it differnt from lime and does the olive oil/grapefruit ratio change- can I do it half half instead of more of olive oil? better still can I have lots more grapefuit than oilve oil?

Anything that I should know?
