I used 1.5 cups of olive oil last time(dont ask how the helk i got it down w/o..you know!),and then i used 1 cup this time.My question is for all who are doing Hulda Clark es flush..how much olive oil do you all use(she says to use 1/2 cup),as im wondering if anyone is getting better results with more OO (Olive-Oil) ,or it doesnt really matter.Because if it doesn't matter,you better believe i will go back to 1/2 cup of OO.:P...
