Hi again (that was quick!). I know that PTree encapsulated her Epsom Salts and had a great flush.

To make it less of an ordeal, why not eat some apples on the day of the flush? I have eaten apples up to 2 hours before my first Epsom Salt drink.

One of these flushes will be The One...and instead of feeling wiped out, you'll feel refreshed and energized! That happens! You just have to stick with it if you want to get rid of your pain...

Please post how you do...I'm putting in an order that THIS next flush of yours is going to be the breakthrough one!
