Hi Kizer...well that is pretty interesting about the potato diet and potato water! neat. I DO love potatoes! ha.

Let me know if you do the apple fast...and remember to get organic apples if you try it. If you can't get organic apples you're supposed to peel the skins. But org is best because it's best to eat the peel too!
