Hi Les!
Sounds like you could do with a Liver Flushing buddy and a plan for a Liver Flushing environment!
As you know - which is why you are worried, people do commonly get alot of diarrhea and plenty of it. So if you can't go rushing off to the toilet the way things are at the moment, I think you need to set things up so that you can or don't need too. Part of this could involve being perched on the toilet for a couple of hours.
Some people have suggested installing a t.v in their bathrooms - you end up spending so much time in there!!!
Just thinking about the pure physical dynamics of your sitiuation, I also think that it would be a good idea to work on breaking the stones down well in advance of the flush - with a view to passing them as easily and as quickly as possible.
I am assuming that your internal system without the benefits provided by full-bodied physical activity and the internal "massage" that provides, may be a bit slower or sluggish than it would otherwise be.
So breaking down the stones - I have read about people taking gold coin? or something - which consistently gets good reviews and anything else that you can do to regulate your system ( if it needs it) going into the flush would be a bonus.
You would be able to tell what evacuation cycle your system is currently on by taking a look at your BM's.
Yes!! Yes!!! LOL!The BM obsession rears it's head again!! LOL!! We've got your head in the loo and you haven't even flushed yet!! LOL!!!I did say it nicely though - "evacuation cycle"!! LOL!!
Like how long does it take corn or beetroot to see the light at the other end of your tunnel?
My husband didn't pass anything, not even the standard diarrhea before his last flush - until the next morning and that was with all those Epsom Salts in him. I think he had been a bit bound up going into it.
His cleansing went through to the next night. The disadvantage of this in my experience,is reabsorbing the toxins and also feeling really crappy because of it. Once the flush is done and all those toxins are realeased into your system, the sooner they are out the better.
Both my husband and myself have felt quite sick at some stages and with each BM we feel better.
I do think it is the getting rid of the toxins that does it. My system is speedier than his, so for me it is all over by around 10am and I feel tickety boo. He can feel rather seedy all day and into the next. I think that is because the toxins are in his system for so long, he re-absorbs a good deal of them. Not ideal.
So if you have got, or can create a system that moves well, that would be an advantage I think.
Well, those are my thoughts for now. If anything else springs to mind, I shall let you know.
Donna
