I am not sure if that huge stone would keep you from doing your exercises, but I do know that removing it from your body would make you feel SO MUCH BETTER that you would feel like doing exercises that you had not felt like doing before! Did I make any sense? Probably not, but I think you get what I am trying to say.

You know, in my mind, I picture you doing cartwheels you are so happy! Ha!
