Did you get all those out this flush?
I would say you had a successful flush today.
I am doing my flush tonight its actually my 7th but calling it my 6th because the 6th on sunday night was a flop because of me.

I really feel like this one is gonna be good because I drank a bunch of apple juice today up until 2pm and I have drink my epsoms and I am really loose and already had a very soft bowel movement this is what happened when I had my 4th flush which was the best so far...


I will let ya all know tomorrow how it goes.
