I've often taken the mixture at 9:00 ,what time is it where you are. The only thing is I usually like to be sleeping when I have a gut full of OO (Olive-Oil) and grapefruit, but if you can't sleep why bother. Maybe get yourself a good movie and veg on the couch.
How much oil are you taking and how much do you weigh? If you're not too big I wouldn't go too heavy on the OO (Olive-Oil) because it takes awhile to go down.(if your awake)
I've also done a few without es and I don't see a difference, but thats just me.I drink prune juice in the morning if I don't use E S and that flushes things ot great for me. I start with water and lemon and then go to prune juice.
Sounds like your all charged up and ready to go, get a ton out.
