ok, i've been fasting (no food) except an orange and a banana for the last 2 days. i've had apple juice yesterday and today water with lemon. oh, and i was bad and had a coffee...ooops.

anyway, i want to do a flush tonight...it feels right. been over 2 weeks. now, here is the big question: has anyone done it earlier in the day or afternoon? so you don't have to disturb your sleep?

i was thinking of flushing earier then 10, cause then i actually wanna be sleeping...and i can't with the mix in my gut.

anyone? experiences???? i'm going through with it anyway, but it would be great to hear from more experienced flushers!

oh yah, i'm going sans the e.salts as the throught of them even in caps makes me wanna ralph!

am i crazy?
